Tailspin is the thinnest-documented character on the hero side, and honestly so.
It matches Moon Stryker’s turquoise and silver and carries a turbine built into its neck, which is the bird-scale version of the turbine at his waist. Its combat abilities were never demonstrated at all, and its single recorded action is a rescue: flying at speed to recover Condor after he is stripped of his wings.
Wikipedia lists it among the Fighting Hawks and gives it no abilities, which is consistent rather than an omission, because there are none to give. Kenner packed it with the Moon Stryker figure, and that is how most people know it exists at all.
