Condor is Stargazer’s vintage and shares his limits. No wings and no built-in weapons, so he wears a flight pack and carries a Laser Talon Gun that fires a beam he uses to lasso or to blast.
He and Stargazer go back a long way, and so do he and Mon*Star, and the two old men do not always get on. On the trip to Earth in Stargazer’s Refit, Stargazer resents having him along and Condor is openly counting the days until he can go home. He makes up for obsolete hardware with experience, and partners the much younger Moon Stryker for the last stretch of the run.
One correction. Kenner packed a bird-shaped accessory called Jet Stream with his figure, and Wikipedia lists it among the Fighting Hawks. On screen it is a flight pack, and Wikipedia contradicts itself two paragraphs earlier by saying so.
Voice. Wikipedia, TV Tropes and the ThunderCats wiki all credit Bob McFadden, the last citing Behind The Voice Actors. Three sources, one of them citing a database, is as firm as a voice credit gets on this series.
