The Laser Talon Gun

It does three things, and Condor uses all of them: it fires a long stream that pierces a target and then holds as a tow line, it fires a rope of light that wraps around things the way a lariat does, and it fires ordinary pulses.

Condor is the only SilverHawk with no Fighting Hawk, and the talon gun is part of how the show compensates. He gets a tool that grabs, tows and shoots, so he never needs a bird to fetch anything for him.
