Harry keeps the bar at the Sini*Star Diner, the western-motif saloon with batwing doors and barrels standing on the asteroid Fence, inside the Light Year Limit. A lot of questionable dealings happen in there and Harry keeps to himself and serves.
The running joke is the best thing about him. Customers order a drink, and Harry has to remind them that he serves no alcohol, because this is a children’s show and the fan record says so in as many words. His standing pour is a Sonic Tonic.
He appears in fourteen episodes, second only to Seymour among the civilians, and he manages it with almost no documented dialogue and no plot function at all. He has no character article on either wiki. He is always there, behind the bar, in the one room where everybody in Limbo eventually turns up.
