Rawlings is the mechanism by which the roster grows. He recommended the original five for bionic conversion, sent Hotwing out at Stargazer’s request, sent Moon Stryker, and suggested Condor. Every addition to the squadron passes through him.

He works alongside two other Earth figures. Professor Ghemakain designed the bionic bodies and gets impersonated by Mo-Lec-U-Lar in Stargazer’s Refit. Mabis is Ghemakain’s assistant and nurse, and escorts Stargazer back to Hawk Haven in that same episode.

The appearance record is soft. The ThunderCats wiki lists only The Origin Story and Hotwing Hits Limbo in its appearances field, while its own character guide says he features whenever Stargazer contacts Earth Command. Those two statements cannot both be complete, so the list here is probably short rather than wrong.
