Two guards, no names. They are worth an entry only because of what their number implies. Limbo runs one prison for the whole galaxy, every arrest the SilverHawks make ends there, Mon*Star’s escape from it starts the series, and the place is repeatedly broken into and out of. The staff on screen is a warden and these two. Whether that is a deliberate joke about how badly Penal Planet 10 is run or simply an animation budget is not something the series ever says, and it is not something this entry is going to decide for it.
