He is the pressure in The Threat of Dritt, and the structure is one the series never repeats: the SilverHawks are running against a clock set by an ally in waiting rather than by Mon*Star.
He is built like Dritt, the same rotund Triangulon shape, but with a thick moustache, a green military uniform and a red cape, and he has a warship and its arsenal under him. He is listed as a distinct credited character immediately after Dritt in the episode cast, so he is not a fan invention.
The show never returns to him, never names him, and never shows the Triangulons again once the treaty is signed.
