Rayzor

One of four birds the twins design after seeing Tally-Hawk, rushed into service when mass-produced Sky-Shadows attack Automata. Its one demonstrated power is the tomahawk wing-spin, which cuts metal: it shreds Sky-Shadows on its debut, knocks out the hijacked Tally-Hawk in Tally-Hawk Returns, and cuts through a wall to free Steelwill and the Copper Kidd in The Illusionist. It works as a pair with Stronghold, which mirrors the twins’ own bond. Its owner is the most argued detail in the hero roster and the confusion starts on screen: the opening of The Fighting Hawks shows the wrong bird against the wrong twin, Kenner packed Rayzor with Steelheart, and the rest of that episode and every later use put Rayzor with Steelwill.
