The fullest description of him comes from thundercats-ho.fandom: muscular, a bulldog face with high pointed ears, a laser mounted on his head, and a red star on the belt. Stargazer put him away two hundred years ago and he has broken out of Penal Planet 10 twice since.
His mechanic is the good part. Conventional fire feeds him, so shooting at him makes him bigger and stronger, and the only thing that reliably stops him is Stargazer’s Solar Energy Bazooka. So Stargazer rather than the squadron resolves both of his stories, and for once the show has built a villain around its commander instead of around its leads.
One statistic makes him unique. The Bounty Hunter Returns is the only episode of all sixty-five with no Mon*Star and no Mob in it, so he is the sole antagonist in this series ever trusted to carry twenty-two minutes on his own! He turns up a third time in Match-Up. The show never says what species he is.
Voice. Nobody has ever assigned one. The fan wikis leave the field empty and Wikipedia lists him without an actor, so this entry does not name one either.
