Limbo runs one prison and this is it, an artificial disk of a world under Warden Lockup, and the series treats it as the justice system entire. Every arrest the SilverHawks make ends here. For a show that has to put its villains back on the board every week that is a neat piece of economy: the Mob get caught, the Mob go to Penal Planet 10, the Mob break out again!
MonStar’s own escape from it starts the series. Late in the run the giant Sky-Shadow is rebuilt specifically to tow the prison to BrimStar.
