Fence is where anything stolen in Limbo gets sold, a small rocky world with an Old-West saloon on it and a reputation as a place that will buy whatever you bring. The Sini*Star Diner is here, run by a robot bartender called Harry, and the joke the show keeps returning to is that the bad guys’ bar serves no alcohol at all, only a Sonic Tonic.
The name of the bar is not settled. Two fan wikis and Wikipedia write Sini*Star Diner, and TV Tropes writes Sinistar Saloon.
