A tan bag with brown straps running to his belt and vest, worn in almost every appearance. He reaches into it constantly and unrolls it fully twice: once while casting Darkbird, and once when the SilverHawks turn up to stop the Mob taking the Artificial Sun.
It is also where the Six-Barrel Blaster travels, in pieces, ready to assemble. Hardware is the engineer of the Mob and this is the visual shorthand for it.
