The Hot-Seat is the front of the Mirage flying by itself, and it is far more agile than the ship it came off. Front-mounted lasers, infrared cameras, and Bluegrass in it alone.
Kenner shipped a launching Hot-Seat with the Maraj vehicle and called it a Space Cycle on the box, which is one more case of the toy line and the show using different words for the same object.
