It belongs to the armoury at the Bedlama Space Trooper Headquarters until Timestopper and Buzz-Saw walk in and take it. Timestopper freezes one minute of time to get past the guard, which is the tidiest robbery in the series.
They use it on an armoured vehicle carrying gold bars to Dolare. The vehicle comes apart around the cargo and the bars stay in one piece in mid-air, because the weapon does not work on gold. Buzz-Saw collects them off the wreck. Mon*Star sends them on to blast Hawk Haven next.
